About Our Client

Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner.
Liaise with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have :

A strong background in customer service & administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Hold a full UK driving license.

Working hours for this role will be Mon - Tue 09 : 00 - 17 : 00pm and Fri 13 : 00 - 17 : 00pm. There will also be 1 in 4 Saturdays 09 : 00 - 17 : 00pm.
