Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have :
- A strong background in customer service & administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
Working hours for this role will be Mon - Tue 09 : 00 - 17 : 00pm and Fri 13 : 00 - 17 : 00pm. There will also be 1 in 4 Saturdays 09 : 00 - 17 : 00pm.
