Outbound – Call Centre - Remote Full time – Permanent - Monday-Friday – No weekends £24.5k base salary and OTE of £31-32.5k Fully Remote – equipment provided 37.5 hours a week. Role summary : You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money. Key responsibilities : Make 150 / 200 calls a day on an automated dialler.Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.Required skills and experience : Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered.You will need a quiet place to work at home.Be comfortable with remote working.The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.Benefits : Excellent induction training and continued development throughout your career.Incentives – win some great prizes.Discounted products.All equipment is provided.Working term time onlyNo weekend work and only occasionally on bank holidays, the latest you will be expected to work to is 19.00
