We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Contact Centre OR Saas)to join a fantastic, well established business based in Glasgow Scotland.
The successful candidate will be tasked with generating appointments at director level for yourself & the BD team to convert, will be target driven, bright, confident and have a keen interest in technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Working with the business to target the right new clients for their Contact Centre business
- Following up on internal and external leads to move them from enquiry to appointment.
- Working towards set Business Development KPI’s
- Provide first class customer service to potential new customers and portray the company in a positive manner at all times.
- B2B pipeline development engaging new prospective customers
- Pipeline management
- Working to business targets
- Ensuring a fantastic customer experience, customer journey & on boarding process
