Salut! Islington is seeking a confident, experienced Front of House Supervisor / Head Waiter to join our small, dedicated team.

Were an independent modern European restaurant with a focus on seasonal menus, exceptional service, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Located in the heart of Islington, weve built a strong reputation for quality and consistency since opening in 2015. We're now looking for someone to play a key role in maintaining high service standards and leading our front of house team during busy services.

About the Role :

As FOH Supervisor / Head Waiter, youll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team to ensure every service runs smoothly. You'll lead by example on the floor, support more junior team members, and contribute to the welcoming, professional tone of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the front of house team during service, ensuring a smooth guest experience

Welcome and engage guests, managing bookings and table planning

Support opening and closing procedures
