Bocca di Lupo is a multi-award winning regional Italian restaurant located in the heart of Soho. We specialise in the obscure and the delicious highlights of food from all across Italys twenty regions. If we can make something ourselves we do breads sausages salumi pickles mostarda and pasta of course. We are extremely proud of the food we serve and the way we produce it.

The Role

Were looking for an experienced Head Waiter / Waitress who loves the buzz of a busy restaurant the thrill of giving great service and the joy of making people happy with exceptional hospitality. The ideal person will be a fast learner a fantastic communicator and able to jump into the role asap. This role has the earning potential starting from 18.63p / h - 20.35p / h inclusive of Tronc

Responsibilities

Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders

Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area

Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests

Any additional duties as required

Successful candidate should have / be :

Be passionate about Italian food

Have experience in a busy high-end restaurant - though we can also take people whod like their first start in the industry. Experience is good a good attitude is better. We can take time to train the right people.

Be friendly hardworking & reliable
