We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Head Waiter / Waitress to join our passionate team at the Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay at the iconic Savoy Hotel.

Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay epitomizes ‘gourmet glamour’. Guests can enjoy classic dishes including Gordon’s signature Beef Wellington and Rum Baba, flambéed at the table for dining drama, showcasing the highest quality British produce.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide excellent product knowledge in food and wine, creating memorable guest experiences.
• Manage your section confidently, including opening and closing shifts.
• Supervise and motivate junior team members.
• Possess a passion for wine, ideally holding WSET Level 1 or 2 qualification.
• Ensure consistency through attention to detail and coach the team to enhance their knowledge and confidence.
• Support the management team to guarantee a positive dining experience for guests.
• Use interpersonal skills, energy, and passion to uphold high standards and achieve performance targets.
