The Account Executiver is responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with marketing managers, suppliers and supply chain contacts on all matters relating to print management and warehouse / stock management. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate and timely stock data. Requests for quotations will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work. The Account Executive will, select the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing and timescales for each job, manage benchmark information and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. In addition, they will work closely together with colleagues in supporting the Account Manager with daily operations, be organised and follow site best practice processes.

• Good understanding of print or packaging
• Procurement of print, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets
• Supports clients with minimal print knowledge on a day to day basis with print requirements
