Base pay range

Title : Account Executive

Location : London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Salary & Package : £60k-75k + 50% + uncapped

Job Summary

Fast-growing, mission-led business
Responsible for driving new business with Mid Market / Enterprise companies across the UK
Selling to : Mid Market (1000-5000 employees) or Enterprise (5000+ employees)
Selling to : All industries
SDR / Marketing support
First AEs, opportunity to grow the space

Experienced Required

2y+ 360 AE experience

2+ years proven track record of exceeding targets in an outbound focused closing role

SDR experience advantageous

Experience selling to HR teams

Experience selling to Mid Market and / or Enterprise companies

Experience of complex, long sales cycles, involving multiple stakeholders
