Job description

We're looking for a Client Success Manager to work with our clients across all phases from pre-sales to relationship management to provide them with an amazing and differentiating experience. You'll be part of a scaling company of experts in their fields where you will have a clear focus and ownership space. Responsibilities of this key role

As a Client Success Manager at KOR, you will be the primary contact for our clients. We have heavily invested in automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge to ensure your client interactions are high-value. You will work closely with clients across all levels of seniority and collaborate internally to deliver exceptional experiences.

This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude. Your main responsibilities include :

Being the primary contact for client inquiries regarding business, domain, product, and technical issues.

Review, validate, and triage technical escalations.

Driving account growth.

Expanding revenue within accounts through pre-sales and existing client sales opportunities.

Influencing client lifetime value through increased product adoption, satisfaction, and health scores.

Participating in KOR working groups as needed.

Defining and optimizing the client lifecycle by managing programs and initiatives to improve engagement, based on client segmentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
