You’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships related to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Growth Sales Team, Client Service support teams, and other cross-functional teams to maximize the campaign ROI for our customers. Additionally, this role will leverage your RTB / Programmatic media buying experience to recommend optimizations to clients and develop unique solutions to ensure client satisfaction with campaign performance.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in the UK.

What you'll be doing :

  • Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across various verticals.
  • Advise clients on effective campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
  • Ensure successful client campaigns through regular reporting, strategic recommendations, and optimizations to meet KPIs.
  • Onboard new clients, providing training, support, and resources for self-serve platform usage.
  • Drive retention and growth by helping clients maximize their use of StackAdapt’s capabilities.
  • Resolve customer inquiries within established SLAs.
  • Assist in creating support documentation for common challenges.

What you'll bring to the table :

  • 2+ years of experience in Real-Time Bidding / programmatic advertising (DSP, Ad Network).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or DSPs as a self-serve user.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
  • Focus on account retention and revenue growth.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform features.
  • Knowledge of current digital advertising trends.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in training clients with varying levels of programmatic advertising knowledge.
