Location : UK – Remote but will need to be in an area commutable to Warwickshire for client visits.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating the relationship between the client and delivery teams, acting as the first point of contact from a delivery standpoint.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage client partners, sales, and delivery teams as the central point of contact.
  • Responsible for revenue and margins of the account.
  • Collaborate with Account Delivery Associates to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
  • Work with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies.
  • Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide regular updates on account performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong connections within the UK manufacturing or engineering services sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles.
  • Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Continuous learner staying abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
  • Other Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP are a plus.
