The ideal candidate will possess :

A proven recent track record as a Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef ready for the next challenge.A passion for working with fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients.Strong leadership and communication skills.A positive, "can do" attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.Eligibility to work in the UK.
