We have an exciting opportunity to join a young person's leisure resort as a Head Chef . You will have experience managing a busy kitchen and catering for large groups of students and staff. As a Head Chef , you should have extensive management experience and enjoy leading a team while providing high-quality food for visitors and staff. You must also ensure the kitchen is safe and allergen-aware.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook nutritious, balanced meals for large numbers of students and staff.
• Ensure all meals meet dietary, religious, and medical requirements, including allergen awareness.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume catering environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Build and develop the catering team.
• Follow food hygiene and safety regulations to the highest standards.
• Assist with menu planning, incorporating variety and dietary needs.
• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Oversee kitchen audits.
