We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and deliver exceptional care, support, dignity, and enjoyment to our residents in our homes.

Responsibilities of the Head Chef

• Providing homely meals that cater to a diverse range of dietary requirements.
• Planning staff rotas to manage kitchen workload and cover planned absences, utilizing both existing and casual staff.
• Organizing all aspects of catering operations within the home to ensure a safe, nutritious, cost-effective, and high-quality service.
• Ensuring all statutory training requirements are met.
• Conducting regular stock takes and maintaining stock levels within agreed minimums.
• Communicating regularly with all customers whenever possible.
• Managing the catering budget and preparing monthly financial performance reports.
