We’re searching for a UK-based Change Delivery Manager to join our Solution Management team, so that we can deliver impactful business improvement initiatives and optimize our operational processes across the business. The Change Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end change programs and coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive results, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Implementing project management frameworks to deliver change initiatives and mitigate risk

Maintaining change control processes in order to manage scope, timelines, and budgets effectively

Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating virtual collaboration to drive change adoption

Creating detailed project documentation and dashboards in order to ensure visibility and alignment

Driving continuous improvement and using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and issue resolution

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

Extensive experience in project and change management within fast-paced or complex environments

Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and implementing business transformation initiatives

In-depth knowledge on how to apply Lean methodologies and process improvement techniques

Sincere interest in delivering customer-focused solutions and healthcare service improvement

A knack for working collaboratively within matrixed, cross-functional, and virtual team environments
