Lead organisational delivery on a critical nuclear defence programme.

Take ownership of the organisational design and delivery planning that will shape a major defence initiative. You will translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans, managing costings and documentation to support the project’s success.

Work closely with client and supplier teams, delivering structured reports and updates. Your confidence engaging with senior stakeholders will be essential. This role suits a consultancy professional who thrives on independence and delivery focus.

• Lead organisational delivery workstream on a high-value defence programme
• Produce detailed plans, cost estimates and documentation
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Work hybrid with ~2 days per week on site in Bristol
• Must have current SC clearance and sole British nationality
