Job description

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join their well-established and collaborative UK-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role managing end-to-end project delivery within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This is a remote role where you will be required occasionally to meet with your colleagues at the central London offices.

Full training will be provided on internal processes and specific client / brand guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage financial tasks including invoicing, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, acting as the key liaison.
  • Create and manage micro critical paths in line with client schedules.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and effective communication across all parties.
  • Attend relevant project meetings and provide regular status updates and risk assessments.
  • Provide support on artwork and pre-press processes, offering consultative input to the client and internal teams.
  • Escalate challenges to senior management when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ project management experience, ideally in artwork , reprographics, or print-related services .
  • Strong understanding of artwork and print production processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Highly organised with great time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to adapt to bespoke software.
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Professional and client-presentable in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Team-oriented and ready to support others during busy periods.
