About the Role

As Business Development Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business initiatives and nurturing client relationships. You'll be responsible for building a robust pipeline, leveraging your network, and identifying new opportunities that align with the agency’s strategic goals. Working closely with the delivery team, you'll help convert leads into long-term partnerships while contributing to account growth.

• Develop and execute a compelling new business strategy informed by market insight and previous success
• Leverage your professional network to generate high-quality leads
• Attend networking and industry events to represent the consultancy and forge new connections
• Work alongside the delivery team to nurture leads and grow strategic accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and news to identify fresh opportunities
• Keep detailed records in the CRM and regularly report on pipeline performance and KPIs

Salary : £40K DOE + commission
