The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the South Central and South West Regions, including areas such as Swindon, Reading, Guildford, Southampton, and Salisbury.

Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of sales targets within the region(s) through sales, marketing, and distribution of the panel of Product Providers offered by Blink Intermediary Solutions to UK brokers. This role contributes to the overall Divisional targets and includes line management responsibilities for part of the sales team.

This pivotal position requires a responsible attitude. Essential experience includes all-round broker support and confidence with computers. Ideally, the candidate will be ACII qualified.

The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills and experience with the Brokasure system. Good communication and organizational skills are also vital.

Desirable skills include :

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Effective and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
