We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (SBA) to support the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GR&C) system replacement , GR&C Target Operating Model , and Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) initiatives. The role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of working across multiple workstreams to ensure a seamless business delivery .

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements while supporting both Business and IT readiness . You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment across Process, People, Risk, MI & Reporting, IT Readiness, Business Testing, and Communication & Engagement .

Key Responsibilities :

Elicit Management Information (MI) & Reporting requirements and facilitate their sign-off .

Identify legacy systems that require decommissioning .

Document As-Is and To-Be process maps following BPMN 2 standards .

Define and document required organizational changes to support new processes.

Design and document the IT Service Support Model for the new platform, covering :

Incident Management

Lead the completion of the "Our Change Framework" document.
