We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Insight Analyst to join our Leeds team and contribute to our analytical capabilities.

What you'll do :

  • Data Collection and Management : Assist in gathering and organising data from various sources to ensure accurate and comprehensive datasets for analysis.
  • Basic Analysis and Reporting : Perform preliminary analysis of data under the guidance of senior analysts. Help in developing reports and dashboards that summarise findings for ongoing projects.
  • Learning and Development : Actively engage in learning opportunities to improve technical skills such as SQL, Python, or relevant data visualisation tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Participate in workshops and training sessions to understand advanced analytical techniques.
  • Team Support : Provide logistical support to the analytics team by preparing meeting materials, documenting processes, and maintaining records of analysis for future reference.

What you'll bring :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of statistical software or programming languages preferred, but not required.
  • Experience : No prior professional experience necessary, though internships or academic projects involving data are beneficial.
  • Traits : Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be eager to learn and able to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Additional notes : Some travel may be required for store validations or client visits.
