Senior System Analyst

The role :

As a Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end systems analysis across multiple insurance platforms. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to understand requirements, define solutions, and support implementation and ongoing optimisation.

Core responsibilities include :

Key skills & experience required :

Proven experience in a Systems Analyst or hybrid support / analysis role

Strong knowledge of London Market insurance , including Lloyd’s operations

Familiarity with a broad range of insurance systems – underwriting, claims, policy, and finance

Proficient in SQL – comfortable querying databases and working with large datasets

Strong understanding of data mapping, interfaces / integration , and workflow / process design

Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT – clear communication and documentation skills

Experience with both bespoke and vendor-based systems (e.g. Eclipse, Sequel, Xchanging, etc.)
