Role Overview :

As a Retail Operations Assistant at Luca Faloni, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team by ensuring the store remains well-organised, fully stocked, and visually appealing. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to providing an inviting shopping environment for our customers, enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Retail Team in the execution and coordination of operational procedures across all store locations
• Assist with inventory management processes, including store replenishments, stock movements, and cycle counts
• Liaise with store teams to ensure timely communication of operational updates, product launches, and store needs
• Help maintain store documentation, trackers, and internal tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Coordinate store supply orders and manage vendor communication for store-related needs
• Assist in the onboarding of new store staff, ensuring operational tools and training materials are provided
• Support in the planning and execution of new store openings and retail projects
• Act as a point of contact for store teams for day-to-day operational questions or issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of retail processes and store efficiency
