An established, small multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy who are based in Moorgate, are now looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join their growing Project Management team.

The Project Manager will be joining an experienced, fast-paced team and will have the opportunity of playing a vital role in the delivery of Projects from Inception-Completion.

The Project Manager will be joining a Construction Consultancy that consist of a team of 30 employees based in their flagship London office.

With a strong presence within the industry, the Project Manager will be joining the Consultancy to drive forward the delivery of various Projects from Inception-Completion for clients in UK and abroad in sectors such as Hotel, Public and Commercial. The type of Projects will vary from the delivery of new buildings to refurbishment / CAT A / B Fit Outs with Contract Values ranging to £20M.

The role of a Project Manager :

The Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work with client's such as a well-regarded Hotel brand, Law firm, Sports TV company and Government bodies to deliver Projects ranging from Refurbishments, CAT A / B Fit Outs and reconfiguration.
