The Role :

We’re seeking a technically strong Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead the development of a new commercial office project in London.

This hands-on role involves managing office projects from pre-construction to handover, while contributing to the growth and structure of the new business.

You will be supported by an established UK property group with a successful track record. This position offers equity, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something of your own without risk.

What We're Looking For :

• A technical project / construction manager with experience delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs in Central London
• Experience managing projects through all RIBA stages , including on-site delivery
• A commercially aware individual who understands risk, cost, schedule, and quality
• A proactive leader comfortable working independently
• Someone interested in growing their platform with equity and long-term prospects
