Stepping Stones  is a leading private learn-to-swim provider in Scotland, known for delivering high-quality, low-ratio swimming lessons for children in small groups of up to 6 children. Role Overview :  As a Newly Qualified Teacher at Stepping Stones, you will be immersed in a supportive environment, allowing you opportunities to shadow experienced instructors and gain hands-on experience and build your confidence as a swimming instructor. You will play a crucial role in the delivery and progression of swimmers within our swim programme, catering to children typically aged between 3yrs – 11yrs. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in swim instruction while making a positive impact on children's learning and development.

Qualifications :

• National Governing Body Swimming Teacher Certificate (Essential) SSTQ | UKCC | STA | ASA
• Passion for learning and professional development
• Desirable NRASTC or NPLQ qualification but not essential
