We have an opportunity for a Gas Field Service Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in the UK, where you will be responsible for working on the maintenance of predominantly Bio-Gas Grid Entry Units at our client sites, servicing, planned preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting / investigating customer issues.

Key requirements

• Manage the annual servicing of the facility including condition-based servicing & Planned Preventative Maintenance and submit full reports of the job.
• Test the Grid Entry Unit, ensuring they are safe and functioning well before signing off; provide hands-on training and knowledge to new users / operators.
• Investigate issues to identify faults and perform system analysis; carry out replacements as needed.
• Engage with clients to understand issues, make observations, and suggest improvements and recommendations.
• Meet customers’ needs via remote support as part of an on-call rota.
