Job descriptionFounding Team : Join our early stage, engineer-driven team of former Meta, Binance, Mastercard veterans. You can expect to have broad technical responsibility, and receive unfiltered access to business operations & decisions. Achievements : In just a year, we’ve synchronized blockchain and card payments on both the technical and regulatory levels, launching our first live debit card with one of the biggest crypto wallets (Argent). We’ve raised $3m with top Fintech & Blockchain VCs, and are on path to operate globally where we are needed most. Social Impact : Our product fosters financial equality by providing stable, secure access to essential financial services, retaining full control of assets by end users. Market Disruption : We enable near-instant payments, eliminating delays and costs that affect merchants and consumers alike. Build the foundation : Help define and develop the core backend systems that will underpin our product, connecting blockchain and fintech systems in novel ways. Innovate : We operate a debit card for third-party non-custodial wallets. This has never been done before. You’ll be solving new problems, not rehashing existing solutions in a different form. Work with customers : Get your hands dirty integrating our system for our first customers, seeing a full sales and deployment cycle. Job Description
Founding Team : Senior Backend Engineer
Our mission is to grow financial inclusivity and efficiency. Concretely, we issue stablecoin-powered debit cards, so that card payments work the way they should :
- Merchants receive payment instantly - rather than multiple days later.
- End users can pay with currencies or their choice, held in their own custody.
- This is a big deal in developing markets such as LatAm where users want to shield themselves from local currency inflation, but are restricted by their local banking systems.
