My client has a clear vision for this role. They need someone with strong modern TypeScript stack experience (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js) and familiarity with ElasticSearch and Clickhouse . Beyond the technical chops, the key here is a proactive, self-starting attitude and exceptional communication skills . They've emphasized finding someone who embodies ownership and can drive product velocity. Essentially, if you can build features end-to-end, use AI developer tools like Copilot, and genuinely enjoy contributing to a vibrant team culture, you'll be a great fit.

They're particularly keen on individuals who are entrepreneurial , can challenge ideas constructively, and are comfortable in a fast-paced startup where every team member's contribution is highly valued. Compensation and Process

They're looking to hire ASAP but are willing to wait up to 2-3 months for the perfect candidate.
