Field Service Engineer – UK

Full-Time | Permanent | Regular International Travel

Join a world-leading scientific instrumentation company at the forefront of materials characterisation. They design and manufacture innovative instruments used by top research institutions and companies across the globe.

About the Role

We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support our cutting-edge DVS (Dynamic Vapor Sorption) systems across UK and parts of Europe.

What You'll Do

Install, maintain, and service advanced scientific instruments at customer sites
Troubleshoot hardware / software issues and ensure uptime and customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with users, offering training and support
Collaborate with the sales team and provide technical insight when needed
Document service activities and track performance

What We’re Looking For

Background in electronics, engineering, or a related scientific field

Experience with instrument servicing (mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical)

Great communicator, self-starter, and comfortable with regular travel

Valid driver’s license required
