We are seeking a Field Service Agent to join our innovative team as our new # bloqstar . In this role, you'll be a key part of the Deployment & Maintenance Team in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate highly responsive field service activities.
  • Ensure clear SOPs for validation tasks such as surveys, deployments, and maintenance are followed and high quality is maintained.
  • Respond promptly to operational challenges faced by technicians and store managers via various communication channels.
  • Develop processes with support and maintenance teams for technical support requests related to hardware and software of smart lockers.
  • Negotiate with technicians to complete tasks and adapt schedules in real-time.
  • Accurately document invoices from suppliers and clients based on completed tasks.
  • Manage exceptional cases where tasks fail due to operational or technical issues, taking ownership of service delivery.
  • Handle client escalations, provide feedback, and deliver regular status updates. Conduct post-mortems on exceptional cases to improve service quality.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Stay updated on product developments and company processes to enhance operational knowledge.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
  • Experience in startup environments and adaptability to rapid change.
