Job Title : Workshop Engineering Supervisor – Pump Repair Specialist

Role : Workshop Supervisor (Rotating Equipment)

Location : Sheffield

Salary : £45'000 (OTE £75'000) + Van + Package

Job Purpose :

To supervise and lead workshop operations with a specific focus on the inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of industrial pumps. The Workshop Engineering Supervisor will ensure the delivery of high-quality repair services, compliance with safety and engineering standards, and the efficient utilisation of workshop resources.

Team Supervision :

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of workshop technicians and engineers.

Allocate work and monitor progress, ensuring repair work is carried out to required standards and deadlines.
