We are currently working with a reputable housebuilder based in Essex who are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator on a temporary contract. You will act as first point of call for customers who have just moved into a property and those who are still within their warranty period. Duties will include- Receive and log defects reported by customer. Register the work on their database and allocate suitable trades. Telephone customers once work has been carried out to identify whether work complete to customers satisfaction or whether any associated work needs to be carried out. Manage the Maintenance Operatives diary Provide administration support for the Department Assist in the liaising between sub-contractors and the Division to ensure maintenance requests are carried out Liaise with Buying department regarding order materials as and when required. Follow up and audit trail for completion paperwork. Update weekly reports and distribute to relevant personnel. Keep accurate records ensuring files are kept up-to-date.Suitable candidates must have experience of working in a customer serviced based role and ideally you will have worked within the construction or house building industry.
