As a Home Care Assistant you will :

• Provide personal care including washing and dressing
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living depending on the patient's needs
• Provide support with medication needs
• Follow the care plan as specified in the MEDIXCARE documentation
• Represent Intelmedix Resourcing Ltd and its brand MEDIXCARE with professionalism and pride.
• Report to the Care Coordinator or Home Care Manager.
