DNA Recruit are working with a Forward-Thinking Creative Content Production Agency to find them a seasoned Business Development Director to help drive its ambitious growth across the UK market. Known for delivering end-to-end marketing production solutions – from 3D CGI and AI-enhanced content to social, video, and print – this agency is expanding its presence and wants someone who can open doors, nurture relationships, and secure six-figure partnerships.

You’ll be joining a dynamic, international team and working closely with senior leaders across Europe to develop new business strategies and bring impactful marketing production solutions to life.

Resposiilities

• Lead new business acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying and converting high-value opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with client prospects, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic proposals, pricing models, and scopes of work.
• Drive the pitch process from initial contact through to onboarding and early growth phases.
• Stay actively involved post-onboarding to maintain momentum and explore further opportunities.
• Contribute to the agency’s wider commercial and growth strategy.
