Job Title : Account Manager

Company : Exertis UK

Salary : Up to £27,000 base DOE + £12,000 OTE

Location : Harlow, CM19 5QF (office based, Monday to Friday, 9 am5 : 30 pm)

Contract Type : Permanent

Join our team at Exertis UK as an Account Manager, where youll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of accounts while working collaboratively with vendors and customers to grow market share.

As part of the team, youll :

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to achieve mutual growth

Use data driven insights to identify growth opportunities, upsell products, and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with a dynamic and driven team to create impactful sales strategies to support brand objectives.

Leverage training and mentorship opportunities in house with regular management supervisions and guidance from our L&D team in order to grow your knowledge and expertise and progress in your career.

Selection Process :

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a telephone interview with the recruitment team, providing an opportunity to discuss your experience and skills in more detail. Following this, you may be asked to complete online testing to evaluate key competencies relevant to the position. Successful candidates will then proceed to a formal interview process, which can be conducted online or in person, with the hiring manager.
