An opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a close knit company near Bishop Storford offering a fantastic work enviroment, salary and prospects.

The applicant MUST have knowledge of Gas and Heating, be computer literate and have a full driving licence and own transport.

Job Description

To build the daily diaries for a team of Gas Service Engineers, jobbing plumbers, from incoming telephone calls and computer database etc, to build quotations from survey sheets for installations, to source and negotiate prices for materials, to assist the Accounts section in overseeing Invoices for work completion, to liaise with customers and support the installation / service team.

Good telephone manner and knowledge of plant and equipment in the Plumbing and Heating industry essential and good organisation skills.

Office Hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
