Company Description

Goldtop is a fast growing British motorcycle clothing company, specialising on premium quality, timeless styles.

Goldtop operate primarily within E-commerce, however, also have a physical store in Bishops's Stortford, Hertfordshire.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support & Office Manager located in Bishops's Stortford. The role involves managing customer support queries by both emails and phone, and also ensuring the smooth running of the office operations through effective organised office management.

This is an in-office role (not remote), 5 days a week.

We would prefer full-time, but are also open to reduced hours such as 09 : 30-14 : 30 for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in office management and customer support
• Knowledge of motorcycle industry is a plus
