We are seeking a Learning Support Assistants to join a great secondary school in Newcastle.The role is to begin September 2025 and is full time ongoing with a potential to be taken on permanently. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in education or pursue a career in teaching.

Key Responsibilities :

Providing one-to-one and small group support to students

Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom

Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties

Encouraging engagement and confidence in learning

Requirements :

• Experience working with young people
• A patient, supportive, and positive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for education and student development
