We at CloudStone Education are looking to recruit SEN Learning Support Assistants to assist within the SEND department of a superb college located in South Shields to start September.

Contract Type :  30 hours per week Start Date :  September 2025 Location :  South Shields Salary : £13.21 per hour Hours : 8 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Term Time Only)

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate :

• Experience and knowledge of working within a SEND department or working with pupils who may have learning differences (Desirable)
• The ability to support your key students in multiple settings : 1 : 1, within group settings and inside the classroom environment
• To use your initiative and lead by example
• To be friendly and professional in your approach to staff & pupils alike
• You must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• You must always carry yourself in a friendly and professional manner
