Job description

LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit part-time Support Workers  to join our learning disabilities team across Newcastle. As a Support Worker you will support people to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities.

Ensuring individual support needs are met through person-centred tailored support that promotes choice, independence and their voice.

Pay : £ p / hr (non-complex rate) - £ p / hr (complex rate)

Bonus schemes : up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.

  • Training

  • Paid induction training :  classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules.
  • Additional Specialist Training :  provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of the people we support and enabling you to provide person-centred approach.
