Production Manager – Engineering Contract : Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week) Salary : Competitive, based on experience A long-established and family-run engineering business based in Stockport is seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Manager. With over 30 years of expertise, the company designs and manufactures specialist machinery for the bakery, confectionery, and chilled food sectors, including bespoke depositing systems and processing lines. The Role : This is a key leadership position overseeing the CNC Workshop, Assembly, and Finishing departments. You will manage a team of 8 and take responsibility for production planning, CAM programming, process optimisation, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CNC machining and a proactive approach to team leadership and continuous improvement.
