Job Description

About the role...

Situated as a magnificent flagship pub, The Governor's House exudes grandeur with its ten hotel rooms, a restaurant offering full table service, and a sprawling outdoor area. Recently renovated to perfection, we are now in search of an exceptional and seasoned Assistant Manager to join our team and propel our business to new heights.

This role presents an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Manager who is eager to take on one more challenge before being fully prepared to lead their own establishment. You will have the privilege of working alongside a highly skilled management team, known for their accomplishments across various sites and brands.

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers
• Act as a role model for the team support with training and development
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times
