Salary : £26,000 pa

Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm with an early finish on a Friday!

Key responsibilities of Graduate Client Account Manager :

• Liaise with colleagues and customers via email and phone to ensure smooth communication and task coordination.
• Manage and update systems with accurate product and customer information.
• Provide administrative support to external team members and provide cover internally during holidays or absences.
• Process and upload customer orders and credits, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate customer product submissions and track progress, ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure correct product delivery.
• Update and analyse weekly customer stock and sales reports to support business decisions.
