About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
- Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
- Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products
- Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
- Working with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions.
- Educating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge.
- Meeting with senior decision makers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.
Requirements
Be results and target driven with a self motivated aptitudeHave excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planningDemonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, leveraging data & insight and proven sales methodology to close opportunitiesHave experience working within a B2B sales / customer service environment and retaining and growing customersPossess the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.Work in a way that works for you
