Salary : £53,000 – £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus + Company Car

Our Client

Reconstruct is proud to be working with a new provider of Children’s Residential Homes based in Stockport. We are leading on their recruitment campaign for an experienced Registered Manager, or Deputy Manager aspiring to step up in their careers. A beautiful, recently renovated, 3 bedded home, in the heart of Stockport, will provide therapeutic support to up to three young people, aged between 11 and 17.

We are looking to appoint a Registered Manager, someone who is dedicated, autonomous, and passionate about improving the lives of young people in care. A company that actively promotes the welfare of their team, along with their personal and professional career development.

The Role

• Registered Children’s Home Manager – 3 bed home in Manchester
• Therapeutic Residential services for young people aged between 8 and 17 years old
• Providing all aspects of support for young people with emotional and / or behavioural difficulties
• Managing all daily aspects of running the homes, providing the best and highest quality of care
• Leadership of collaborative teams to ensure a nurturing environment
