Job Title : Children's Registered Manager

Location : Stockport

Pay Rate : £48,000 per annum with the potential to earn up to £55,800 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses.

About the Role :

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a 5-bed EBD children's home for mixed genders based in Stockport.

• Inspire and lead a strong, motivated team that delivers outstanding care.
• Champion therapeutic care, overseeing tailored interventions to support emotional and developmental growth.
• Ensure operational excellence by leading the home to outstanding Ofsted ratings while maintaining high compliance and care standards.

Benefits :

Due to a large senior management team, on-call duties are shared equally, so a Registered Manager will only have to do 1 out of 7 days on call. Weekly best practice meetings are held with the Responsible Individual and Area Manager. Registered Managers with this organization are not required to assist with rota's, recruitment, petty cash, monthly compliance and auditing, arranging training, HR issues, IT, or system-related tasks.
