About the Company

We are a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to help performance marketers maximize return on ad spend through innovative Adtech solutions. With a collaborative, high-performing team across the UK and US, we empower marketers to do more with every dollar. As we expand our presence in the US, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.

The Opportunity

We're looking to add to the Revenue Operations team, aligning processes, people and analytics to drive business growth. We engage with front-line teams to drive sales, reduce churn and increase overall revenue. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, who is focused on building a successful Revenue function.

The Role

  • Provide analytical support for the revenue organization, focusing on reporting and actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team in the UK and US, and work cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Gain exposure to senior leadership—communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, be proactive, collaborative, and fearless in driving solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use data to prepare performance updates, solve problems and identify improvement opportunities, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Planhat, and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Address inbound reporting requests from the revenue teams.
  • Support change initiatives, including implementing new reporting and revenue forecasting tools.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives with analysis and modelling.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on FP&A projects.
  • Help develop and maintain systems across the Lead to Cash process.
  • What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in Revenue / Sales Operations or Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced user of spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel); confident in presenting data to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and / or Planhat. Dashboard-building experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL (and SoQL) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Highly organised and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a B2B Revenue team setting.
