Role : Revenue Operations Associate
Reports To : Director, Revenue & Product Operations
Location : London
Base Compensation Range : £30,000 per annum plus 10% discretionary bonus
Workplace Type : We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 2 days a week in their local office, usually Tuesday and Thursday; plus 1 Friday per month. The office is open Tuesday to Friday for associates who would like to use the space more frequently for connections and collaboration.
The Role
The Revenue Operations Associate at Procurement Leaders is an integral person contributing to the operational efficiency of our product and commercial teams, ensuring the new business, account management and events teams are using data to inform operational and strategic decisions.
The collective goal is to increase membership growth through new-adds and event delegate / prospect attendance, while driving product usage and engagement to improve renewal rates.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain data integrity within customer and prospect records in Salesforce.com and other systems.
Handle stakeholder queries on data and analytics.
Regular updates on data projects.
